The firm was founded in 2003 by Su Na, who brought her experience as Head of Finance at an international tourism company into her independent advisory practice. Since then, the firm has grown steadily and is now one of the largest Chinese-speaking tax advisory firms in Austria, supported by a highly qualified team.

A longstanding focus has been the advisory of clients in the gastronomy and retail sectors. With the addition of Mag. Zhu Lei, the firm has further expanded its expertise, particularly in international tax law and corporate restructuring.

Business Registration

Required documents for registering a sole proprietorship: Passport, Residence permit (for third-country nationals), Registration certificate (Meldezettel)

++ For regulated trades, additionally required: Proof of professional qualification (certificate of competence), or appointment of a licensed managing director

++ If residing abroad or residing in Austria for less than 5 years, additionally required: Criminal record certificate from the country of origin (not older than three months)

++For new business registrations, additionally required: Confirmation from the competent Chamber of Commerce in accordance with the New Business Support Act (NeuFöG)

++For corporations or partnerships: Same documents as for sole proprietors, plus Extract from the commercial register (Firmenbuchauszug)

Employee Registration

Employee registration must be completed before the employee commences work.

Required information: Name, Address, Social security number, Gender, Nationality, Job title, Gross salary/wage, Start date, Weekly working hours

If applicable: Commuter allowance (Pendlerpauschale), Marital status

Deadlines for Annual Financial Statements and Tax Returns

Annual tax returns (for income tax, VAT, and corporate income tax, as well as assessment declarations for partnerships and property income entities) must be submitted to the tax office, including all required attachments, by 30 April of the following year (§ 134 para. 1 BAO).

If the returns are filed electronically via FinanzOnline, the deadline is extended to 30 June of the following year.

These deadlines may be extended by the tax office upon justified request. When represented by a tax advisor, further extensions are possible.
